We offer FREE delivery and positioning to the UK mainland and you can have a full installation service for just £199. This can be organised during initial purchase with our sales team or in the weeks coming up to your delivery date with one of our customer service team.Additional services are available to include installation and tutorials with your hot tub delivery. We can take payment by card either online or over the phone, bank transfer or you can apply for finance. We accept all credit/debit cards with the exception of American Express.You can apply for finance easily via our website on any of our hot tubs product pages or by calling one of our advisors on 0115 954 2077. Subject to application, financial circumstances and borrowing history.To apply for finance, you must be over the age of 18, work at least 16 hours a week or be retired with an income, you must also be a resident of the United Kingdom and have lived in the UK for the last 12 months or more.

We strive to deliver as soon as possible and aim to have your hot tub delivered within 14 working days.If you order via finance, this requires a 14 day cooling down period, but we will still be able to arrange for your hot tub to be delivered soon after.

The Hot Tub Master website uses an encrypted SSL connection to ensure that your personal details & billing information is kept safe & secure.We comply with the necessary GDPR requirements to ensure that your data is kept secure and is safe from tampering, loss, or unlawful processing.

Once you have ordered your hot tub, we shall:

• Send site preparation documents to your email address about the type of base required for your new hot tub, site access requirements and electrical supply requirements. (Including your order confirmation)
• Our logistics team will be in touch to discuss a potential delivery date & come to a mutual arrangement on when is most suitable.
• A few days before your scheduled delivery, a member of our customer services team will call you to confirm we have all the correct details regarding your order & delivery. We will also double-check the access photos that you sent to make sure everything is ready for us to deliver your brand new hot tub. We will also take any remaining balance that may be outstanding on this call.
• Around 1 hour before our delivery team arrive, they will call you to give you a short amount of time for any last minute preparations. Our team will then begin to position your tub and if the installation has been requested, they will connect it to the electrical supply cable you have had installed and will then fill up the tub. They will then start up the tub and give a full demonstration, answering any questions you may have such as chemical use, filters, and day-to-day running of your tub.
