2 | Find the right company
Even though there are many reputable hot tub companies all over the country, it can be difficult to know which one to go with. Find out what products and services they offer. Before you decide on which hot tub to buy, have a think of how much you can comfortably afford monthly. Take into account;
- the hot tub’s running cost (this can range between £10-20 per week, depends on usage)
- monthly finance repayment, in case you are applying for our 0% APR 3 years finance option
- chemicals to keep your water clean & safe (this is approximately £12-15 per month)
Every year you will also need to full service your hot tub to make sure everything works how it should, all safe and sound.
Take your time rather than rush into any deal, and to buy your hot tub as far as possible with your head rather than your heart.
4 | Select your hot tub
Now you have gathered all possible information, tested a few spas, considered your options and you can go ahead and settle with your ideal hot tub.

5 | Site Prep & Delivery
And finally, the last, but equally important step before you become an official hot tub owner. You will need to be prepared for the delivery;
- decide about the exact location of the spa with adequate access
- decide on the type of base
- have ready for the electrical supply requirements (13amp and 32 amp hot tubs require different preparation)
- perhaps you want to build a hot tub gazebo
You placed your order, the location of the tub is ready, logistics team confirmed a delivery date for you, exciting times. Depends on the hot tub company’s lead time you will get your spa in a few weeks. This is in our case would be within 14 working days. In the event of you have applied for our 0% APR credit, we are obliged to observe a 14-day cooling off period.
The delivery team will arrive to you on the selected day and your brand new spa will be positioned or installed by our knowledgeable engineers (depends on the delivery you have chosen). They will source practical advice to you on how to clean, maintain your hot tub to be able to enjoy for years to come. Now you can sit back and relax.

If paying outright for it, we can either take a deposit or a payment immediately in full. Once we have taken a payment, one of our stock units will be assigned to your account.
If you wish to apply for finance, you can either fill in the simple online form and our panel of lenders will process your application, or alternatively, the sales team can go through the application with you on the phone.
We are also able to alter the deposit amount if you want to make a larger deposit and reduce the monthly payments. Once your finance application has been accepted, we will take the deposit and process the order.
We can take payment by: Debit Card, Credit Card (No surcharge), Bank Transfer, Paypal.
Once ordered, we shall send some site preparation documents with your order confirmation containing information about the type of base required for your new hot tub to stand on, site access requirements and electrical supply requirements. We’ll also ask for some photographs of the route from the roadside to where you want it placed so that we can check that there is proficient access. If there are any queries, please do not hesitate to call us for more information.
Once you have placed an order, the logistics department will check stock availability, your location, and routing. Our team will then call you and discuss a potential delivery date & come to a mutual arrangement on when is most suitable. We strive to try and deliver within 14 working days, but in the peak season, this can increase to 3-4 weeks. If you need to delay delivery for any reason and need more time to prepare, then that is no problem and we will wait until you are ready.
It’s important to note that if you have made a finance application, we have to observe a 14 day cooling off period which begins when you sign the finance agreement, however, we will be able to arrange a delivery outside of this period so we can give a delivery date quite quickly.
Delivery and Checks
Just a few days before your scheduled delivery, a member of our customer services team will call you to confirm we have all the correct details regarding your order & delivery. We will also double-check the access photos that you sent to make sure everything is ready for us to deliver your brand new hot tub. We will also take any remaining balance that may be outstanding on this call.
Around 1 hour before our delivery team arrive, they will call you to give you a short amount of time for any last minute preparations i.e. removal of fence panels, clearing pathways etc.
If you have taken advantage of our finance deals, when the tub arrives at your location you will be asked to sign a delivery note for the finance company to confirm delivery, the person who made the finance application must sign this.
Our team will then begin to position your tub and if the installation has been requested, they will connect it to the electrical supply cable you have had installed and will fill up the tub. They will then start up the tub and give a full demonstration, answering any questions you may have such as chemical use, filters, and day-to-day running of your tub. On some occasions, one team will deliver and position your hot tub and start to fill with water, then a second engineer will follow on to commission your tub later that day.
